Preferred Management offers an array of management services, including Comprehensive Management.
Comprehensive management services include all financial services as well as the following services:

Maintain homeowner membership roster.

Interface with title companies and closing agents for changes in lot ownership.

Send welcome packets to new owners

Prepare Resale Certifications as required by law.

Secure competitive bids from vendors or sub-contractors as required

Arrange for needed repairs or improvements to be made to the Association’s common areas—as requested by the Association.

Process and manage work orders requested by the homeowners or the Board for Association-owned structures or amenities.

Act as a control center for calls related to the Association

Attendance at Board Meetings, Annual Meetings, Committee Meetings, Special Meetings etc.
