Preferred Management Associates, AAMC began operations on December 15, 2012. Although Preferred Management is a young company, the partners of the firm hold over 45 years of combined experience in the Community Association Industry. Our clients range from a 9-unit condominium association to a 900-unit residential lot community. They range from predominantly full time residents to a mixture of part time and rental units.
Our Management Team is comprised of corporate employees that work from our main office in Gouldsboro, PA as well as on-site staff at various communities throughout a 5-county area.
Our Administrative Team is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm; although, our Management Team is available 24/7 for urgent situations
